- add new config options to difficulty config (dynamic horde scaling, require to clear horde before next wave)
- implement detection of difficulty config version change
- make sure pending hordes are spawnded, before next time check
- remove option for persistent horde mobs
- fix issue when horde is scaled below one mob
- reduce tps impact of zombie climbing and the horde lure effects
- fix small issue with detecting broken horde mob entries
- other small fixes
