Add Emerald Tier (Tier 5) Uncrafting Dropper with full-stack dispensing
- Implement tier 5 performance: 3-tick processing, 14x loss reduction, enhanced book recovery
- Add full-stack dispensing for tier 5: dispenses complete stacks instead of single item
- Fix than dispenses complete stacks into a chest.
