Bugfixes

• player no longer gets damaged when breaking a log if the axe breaks and when breaking stone if pickaxe breaks
• squids no longer swim into blocks while going towards the player (which resulted in them suffocating)
• fixed chainmail chestplate recipe
• button blocks now drop as item when broken
• white wool blocks now drop when broken

Changes

• added knitting kit recipes for all colored wools
• removed knitting kit recipe using string
• lit torch burn time extended from 5 min to 10 min
• zombies that spawn in swamp wear slime block instead of lily pad as helmet
• flint hatchet attack damage reduced from 7 to 5
