Removed Global saving of hotbars and made it per world. the files are now saved in the worlds' folder. each world will now have its own set of hotbars.
Added per server hotbars also so if in multiplayer you should have independent hotbars for each server ip.
Fixed issue where picking up an item and adding it to an existing stack or removing an item from a stack wouldn't save immediately.
