Added A scrollable page list so you can now select a page in the peek hotbar popup.

Added save hotbars to temp file first then rename on completion. this helps prevents possible crashes from destroying you .dat file.

Added hotbars drawn at the bottom so there is no gap between the page / hotbar label and hotbars if there are fewer than max visible hotbar.

Added sounds to peek hotbars.
