Notable changes:

Make rrv treat soul gems with different entities as different items, checking the recipe for a specific gem now shows only that specific entity instead of all capturing recipes.
Make soul capturing rrv recipe show up before crafting recipe
Fix compact mob farm gui not rendering vanilla dark overlay background
Allow filling soul gem when it's held in the main hand
Fix dedicated server crashing
Make soul gems searchable in rrv by the name of their contained entity
