Notable changes:

Added Soul Fan - Pushes mobs in its radius away from it. Fancy particle effects and whatnot
Added width, height and depth upgrades - Used for upgrading Soul Fans and Item/XP Collectors to work in a bigger area.
Mobs hurt by soul spikes no longer try attacking the fake player
New soul gem texture, thanks again to @startraveler !
Fixed soul essence drop - previously only dropped when the killed mob was touching a soul block when dying, now checks the block the mob is in and up to 2 blocks below that for a soul block.
