- adds the Glass Chisel with the new ultimateglass:glass_chisel identity
- crafts shapelessly from one emerald, one string, and one stick
- edits both sides of a shared coplanar pane seam by default
- uses configurable V as the default for both Glass Chisel mode and Glazier's Tool rotation-axis actions, routed by the tool being held
- makes Shift-use reset every manual edge on the clicked pane to automatic
- retains forced seamless exposed edges and intentional mismatches in single-edge mode
- adds a default-on, server-authoritative Mod Menu switch for the Glass Chisel
