CBC: Nuclear

After 5,235,423,464[1] requests for nuclear warfare in Create Big Cannons, it has finally arrived in the form of this addon.

This mod adds one thing: The Nuclear Shell. Functions exactly* like the Nuclear Bomb from Alex's Caves, but in shell form! Perfect for deleting people's bases from hundreds of blocks away!

* - Unlike the Nuclear Bomb from Alex's Caves, the Nuclear Shell cannot be ridden. However, it can still be defused with shears, and will activate nearby Nuclear Sirens.
