TVCraft: Legend of Tenna

This patch is optional.

Spamtons and Tennas no longer target one another, tamed or otherwise. They will psych each other out, but won't deal damage.

Spamton may decide to be a little [sponge] and continuously throw Pipis despite not being able to hurt other darkners. (And yes, his bad aim is a feacher, not a bug)

Therefore, Pipis now heal the player, Tenna, and Spamton when struck.
