Adds a multitool that combines tools, swords, and bows.

- Breaking instantly breakable blocks (e.g. torches) no longer consumes XP or increases Proficiency.
- Holding a Slime with 0 XP now behaves the same as an empty hand. Since it is treated as a non-functional item, some enchantment effects may still apply.
