[Add] Texture for the Arcane Enchanting Table
[Fix] If to far apart, sometimes the Arcane Enchanting Table didn't display the unlocked enchantments correctly. This is now fixed by turning the Monoliths to a chunkloader.
[Balance] Magic Essence takes more experience points to charge (10 -> 35). Magic Power gain per Magic Essence is doubled (100 -> 200)
[QoL] Linking improved. Now it's done with a single click on the Monolith if the player is bond to an Arcane Enchanting Table
[Changes] Runes slidly modified. To add the changes to your existing minecraft profile, navigate to configs > truly enchanting and delete the "runes" folder and restart the game (WARNING! If you have done manual changes to the runes, this will delete them. Make a backup beforehand to restore the data)
