As the Summary says adds only those which its Post Netherite
Post means that its after netherite, requires netherite tools to make tritium tools.

• Require Ancient Technology -> /mod/ancienttechnology Preferably Latest

And also it required the Ancient Technology its because needed to make from Hanordix Ingot to Tritium Scrap
