Changelog:

• Fixed effect glitching when TPS is low, making such mods as Stylish Effects overlay to flicker a lot.
• Fixed an issue when disabling Step Height feature in the config disabled all effects of the boots, while it shouldn't do it.

Requires Fabric with Fabric API or Quilt with Quilted Fabric API. Requires Architectury API v9.1.12 as a dependency.
