Changelog:
- Fixed effect glitching when TPS is low, making such mods as Stylish Effects overlay to flicker a lot.
- Fixed an issue when disabling Step Height feature in the config disabled all effects of the boots, while it shouldn't do it.
Requires Forge. Requires Architectury API v6.5.85 as a dependency.
