Changelog:

Fixed player effects when the mod is installed on the server side. Now all players should get the buffs instead of only the last, who equipped the boots.
Optimized boots' TickEvent to make the mod more lightweight for servers.

Requires Fabric with Fabric API or Quilt with Quilted Fabric API. Requires Architectury API v9.1.12 as a dependency.
