FIXES MADE:

1. Cave teleportation issue - Players in caves were being moved to surface, now teleport to exact location
2. Removed SafeTeleport safety logic - Direct teleportation only, no position adjustments
3. Completely removed tpaback system - Deleted TPABackCommand.java and all references
4. Removed back location tracking from RequestManager and GUI classes
5. Cleaned up all tpaback messages from 8 language files (en, es, fr, de, pt, zh, ru, ja)
6. Removed playBackSound method and back_teleport sound config
7. Removed /tpaback command from plugin.yml registration
8. Added new /tpainfo command showing name, version, author "Lunocratic (Luno)"
9. Added config option enable_tpainfo_command to disable tpainfo command
