- Fixed client not removing mutagens properly.
- Added poisonous ingredient tag to rotten flesh.
- Regeneration while under Necrotic Mutagen no longer kills you.
- Healing potions now damage entities with Necrotic Mutagen 2.
- Changed Pure Blend from Tier 2 to Tier 3 toxin.
- Added additional missing translations.
- Removed repeating logger information.
