Update Summary
Version 1.3 – Minecraft 26.1.2 Port
- Fully updated to Minecraft 26.1.2 (unobfuscated / Mojang mappings)
- Switched to Java 25 and latest Fabric Loom / Fabric API
- Keybind (default V) now toggles the auto-swap feature on/off instead of performing a manual swap
- Clear action-bar status message when enabling or disabling
- Health-based swap logic preserved (≤ 2 hearts → swap in, > 5 hearts → swap back)
- License changed to GPL-3.0
- Updated README with badges and current information
