v4.0.0 - The Server Sync Update

After long last, the Server Sync update is here! Now your Totem Particle Colours can be synced with a server that has the mod installed allowing each player to display their own colours particles while still remaining fully functional with Client Side.

• Added Server Sync
  • Players Colour Mode & Custom Colour options are sent to the server upon joining which is then synced with all other connected players
  • Only the Mode & Custom Colours are provided, all other settings won't be affected
  • Displaying other players settings can be disabled in the config at anytime

Server-side is NOT a requirement nor is it required in order to connect to a server running the mod

Any issues can be reported on the GitHub as there is most likely a couple
