- Remove the two obsolete DeadRecall rules from the world-rule registry and UI. Migrate saved keys before decoding; explicit canonical values, including defaults, take precedence.
- Use consistent Chinese module names throughout Traditional Chinese manuals and related references; preserve commands and identifiers.
- Require TotemCore 0.7.21 or newer (below 0.8.0) for the matching localized shared manual.
