- Fix single-player/integrated-server Alchemy manual snapshots failing to refresh when the initial data-pack sync happens before the local client payload receivers are ready.
- Re-send the full persisted discovery/research snapshot a few ticks after the play connection is established.
- Keep existing successful-brew live synchronization unchanged.
- Add regression coverage for persisted research used by reconnect resynchronization.
Verified: Java 25 build and server GameTests passed on Minecraft 26.2.
