fix: discard finished brewing history on bottling
- keep only final chemistry and stability for completed bottled mixtures
- remove completed ingredient stages, timers, and known brewing-source markers
- retain every pending reaction and ingredient when a mixture is bottled early
- cover heat locking, effect preservation, and compact finished-state migration
