fix: show effects for repoured finished potions
- replace cooking status with native effect names and durations for heat-locked mixtures
- retain reaction-stage feedback for unfinished or newly modified mixtures
- synchronize the bottled-state UI transition to clients
- add Traditional Chinese and English coverage plus an in-game screenshot
