Tornado Intercept (PMWeather)

FEATURES

• Added new interceptor: Dominator 3, and everything along with it: deployment, engine sounds headlights, etc. !dom3
• Added aerodynamics to the vehicles, so now pointing the front of your vehicle against the wind helps surviving in tornadoes, and if you point it perpendicular to the wind it will lower your survival chances and the threshold, if the tornado is strong this can sometimes determine if you survive or no !frontalwinds !sidewinds
• Added left and right turn signal along with hazard lights, left turn signal -> Z, right turn signal -> C, and hazard lights -> V
• Added fuel system, vehicles now run on coal and charcoal
• Anemometer might get destroyed in very heavy winds, you can repair it with a vehicle anemometer item
• Added new crafting items: vehicle anemometer propeller and nacelle, vehicle instrument mast, dominator 3 hydraulic system
• Interceptors now tilt if they are very close to being lofted

CHANGES

• Changed up some crafting item names so they fit Dominator 3
• Smoothed out the turning on vehicles so it's less snappy

FIXES

• Fixed vehicles being immune to fall damage
