Tooltip Tool Tips 2L

Make harvest level code less cursed for pickaxes. This is a holdover until I can figure out how to parse tag-in-tag references without relying on server-only data... or give up and implement networking.

Add your harvest levels to [tools.harvestLevelBlocks] in the config.
Higher harvest levels should be placed at the top of the list.
For example:
