Added the battle axe! A heavy weapon forged by an ancient civilization of builders, to help defend themselves from the skulk. (Compatible with Better Combat)

Added two new advancements for the battle axe.

Renamed "Too Dedicated" advancement to "More Than Dedicated".

Made some items obtainable via loot tables.

Rebalanced steel tool speed.

Changed Diamond Tweaks sword texture to remove steel accents.
