Tool Trims

New tools, more combinations! This update makes copper tools trimmable. Here's a list of all the changes:

• Updated to 1.21.9
• Added trims for copper tools
• Some textures of trimmed tools were tweaked
• Slot animations in the Toolsmithing Table now have a smooth transition
• Technical changes:
  • Now the data pack only tries to detect the resource pack if a player is in the world
  • The loading message now only shows up the first time you load the data pack
