- Added default key bindings for the toggle keys using the right-side versions of the vanilla defaults, such as Right Shift to match sneak's Left Shift default

- Improved behavior around toggling a key off while the relevant vanilla key is still being held
- Changed some configuration menu names and descriptions to better describe the relevant settings
