+Temporary UI for card holder/pile

+Card variants based on the ores
+Card variants based on misc materials
+luxury/premium card variants

+You now place different card piles based on the cardbox/card you place

Bugs that where fixed:

Boxes ignore the cards they should have had when it's first action is picking up a cardpile
Empty you pick up won't stack with new cardholders
Cardpile items won't place correctly if placed with the item

known bugs:

The cardbox always adds cards to the cards it should have, somewhat duplicating it contents
Cards won't be placed in the hand when grabing from a pile
Cards won't be placed in the hand when grabing from a cardholder
boxes pick up a pile even if it is closed
