-added the function to drop TNT-Minecarts

-now selfexploding is done if you have a TNT-Minecart in both your offhand and mainhand

-every item that is used gets deleted (doesnt stay in inventory after use)

-if you have both TNT and TNT-Minecart in your inventory, the TNT will be choosen first
