Any damage taken will increase the vignette strength on your screen. As soon as you cross <5 hearts, a strong sound will play and a heartbeat will start to play

At <3 hearts, your vision will go grey and fog will start to set in, alongside ash particles.

All VFX and SFX are configurable via YACL or in the config file.
