- Add forceSolidOn flag to prevent destruction of panel blocks by flowing water.
- Rotation support
- Add speed upgrade and transfer rate description to pipe GUI.
- Add sync when pipe upgrades are added and remove to force redraw.
- Changed default config for speed upgrade maximum from 5 to 8.
