Add new Liquid Sculk Power, which can grant other mobs the sculk power effect.

Tools with the Soft modifier can be repaired with paper.

Materials from this mod are added to the random list of ancient tool materials for piglin bartering.
Cold blocks such as ice, snow block, and sky slime block (controlled by tags) can accelerate the cooling speed of Casting Table and Casting Basin on their horizontal sides.
Crossbow-type tools with added holding and reloading animations are now identified by a new tag.
Fixed the issue that the Paxel dropped an incorrect number of shards when mining amethyst clusters.
