- Added Part Builder recipes for Particle Container and Ion Chamber.
- Tweaked recipe for Ion Chamer, Disintegration Crystal now uses table recipe.
- Added a few config entries for Ionized Cannon.
- Buffed Ionized Connon, Now deal 4x damage when fluid is efficient instead of 3x, Base charge time 4s->2s.
- Buffed Matter Manipulator, dig speed doubled.
