Changes:

• Add Vanilla+ mods.
• Add and edit quests to suit mods
• Add bugfix forks of: Aileron and C+
• Add an itemless fork of Antique Atlas
• Add a farmers-delight oriented fork of Sandwichable
• Disable spider dungeons and all non-village repurposed structures
• filter out duplicate blocks between Aurora's Decorations and C+
• Merge ropes from farmer's delight and campanion, preferring campanion's unplaceable rope.
• Set up farmer's delight and sandwichable for RightClickHarvest
• Swap dework material to C+ netherite nugget
• Disable all non-passive earth2java mobs
• Add custom atlas textures for lavender plains by @HestiMae in https://github.com/sisby-folk/mc-packs/pull/17
