Tinker Transplant

1.4.1.0 fixes the logical error introduced during the bug fixes in 1.4.0.6, specifically the bug where unbroken arrows caused the game to freeze due to piercing enchantment or modifier. Two new hooks have been added to control projectile entity speed and projectile entity flight respectively.
