Tier It

Initial public beta for Tier IT.

Adds data-driven item tiers, reforging, and runtime item effects for Minecraft 26.1.2 on Fabric.

Features:

• Six tiers from Common to Unique.
• Random tier rolls from crafting and loot.
• Anvil Reforge tab for rerolling tiered items.
• Support for weapons, tools, armor, mount gear, harnesses, boats, and minecarts.
• Runtime effects for durability, projectile stats, loot bonuses, mounts, and vehicles.
• Vanilla-like tooltips and debug commands for testing.
