Tick Speed Mod 1.0.0 for Minecraft 1.21.11

• Full support for Minecraft 1.21.11 (Fabric)
• All core features working: /tick speed <1-50> and /tick language <en|zh>
• Hopper transfer speed is fully adjustable, just like in 1.21.1–1.21.10

⚠️ Note

Due to incomplete Yarn mappings in this Minecraft version, the /tick command is currently accessible to all players.
For permission control, please use a permission plugin such as LuckPerms.
Once Fabric updates the mappings, a future release will restore built‑in OP‑level restrictions.

Other supported versions

• Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21.8, 1.21.10 are all fully supported with built‑in OP checks.
