Adds a Pickaxe that can destroy bedrock with its right-click action.

This Bedrock is unbreakable! - Version 1.2
Changes
- Add Weeping Potion => Mobs drop Tears if killed with Weeping Effect active
- Obsidian Steel Pickaxe Right Click Action only destroys Bedrock now (no more accidental voiding of other blocks)
- Onion Grass is now lootable with shears
- Rebalanced damage taken by ObsidianKnife when cutting onions
Bug Fixes
- Adjusted Blue Slime Spawn: added missing snowy plains
- Fixed Onion Grass Spawn in 1.19.2
- Fixed in-transparent BlueSlimeBlock in 1.20.1
