Changes: Rebalance of Blue Slime Spawn
- Blue Slimes only spawn in Slime Chunks now
- Add random Chance for Slimes to spawn, the higher the terrain the higher the chance
- Blue Slimes can spawn in a group of one to three Mobs now

- Translation for Blue Slime added
- 1.21.1 NeoForge compostable chance of sliced onions aligned with other versions
- 1.19.2 Forge onion spawn biomes aligned with other versions
