Massive Update, the Signier Signs Update!

Tested on internal dedicated server environment, and seems to be stable.

Additions and Improvements:

• Added Dynamic Road Signs (full custom SignType support, see more about Dynamic Signs here)
• Added new resource SignType, of which are added using datapacks (like paintings, enchantments, etc., more info about it here), SignTypes are used in conjunction with Dynamic Road Signs
• Seperated client and common code
• Everything has a recipe and loot table now (that are supposed to)
• Removed some unused code
