Thinair Soul Rebalance

While the Thinair mod is amazing for soft progression in modpacks, the creators of it limit the things you can actually configure :(

In this datapack it simply makes soul torches more harder to obtain so that the clever players of YOUR smp don't ruin progression by spam crafting these Infinite Air Sticks!!!
