The Otherside

In 1.0.2 update:

• Updated several entity textures: Ghost, Wanderer.
• Updated several block textures: Blood-Soaked Dirt/Sand, Distorted Cobblestone/Reality Block/Stone, Ghost Log, Mortallium Ore, Reality Rift/Shift Block.
• Updated several item textures: Heart of the Void, Void Key.
• Changed Malfunction effect: now its duration is based on the amount of time player spent in The Otherside and equals half of this value.
• Added missing arm swing animation when stripping Ghost Log.
• Other minor changes and fixes.
