The Void Cult

New features:

• Added an optional datapack that sets the world spawn in the outer end and provides you with a starting island with everything necessary to progress through the mod, the early game will also serve as a small puzzle to to not softlock yourself like it is the case with standard skyblock. You can enable this datapack upon world creation or by using the /datapack command.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed manual rituals (when using portal matter on an altar) having 1/7 chance to drop nothing.
• Fixed being able to perform manual rituals on tier 0 / disrupted altars.
