Rebalance of the Player-Village interaction

Helping and thriving in the village was too easy so far. This is fixed now.

You now have a reputation point system. Good actions give you reputation, bad actions make you lose some. Read the Reputation Book to know more.

You can no longer:

• mine diamond/gold/iron/emerald blocks from the village below 500 rep
• mine rich blocks without an appropriate tool
• open chests you are not allowed to loot

Now this is much better adapted for your survival modpack. Enjoy!
