Added cluster bomb. Cluster bomb throws some explosive clusters to you.

Added Anti-Radiation. If you have radiation effect, drink Anti-Radiation to clear.

Changes to Radiation Systems. Instead of using default poison and wither effects, the mod now has it's own radiation effects.

Removed chemical bomb. There is no point of it when there is a phosphorus bomb.
