Added Gas Mask. Gas mask blocks poison effect meaning it can block chemical bomb and some type of nukes.

Added Plutonium Block.

Added Debug Item. I made it for myself to test new functions. It can be obtained using /give command.

Various bug fixes.
A small update for now. The next update will be mostly decorations.
