changes

• all the Ice Warrior now share the same target
• the boss should be able to change his target (rare chance) if the target is too far
• all attack from the boss will bypass cooldown

fixes

• fix the boss not updating his target
• fix the boss not de-incrementing his attack cooldown if it was in second phase and in a biome that can melt snow golem
