Initial upload for The BronyTales Pack

A complete and total overhaul and switch from our initial 1.16.5 Forge modpack, we've remade the pack from the ground up for Fabric!

However, this should be considered a very early alpha release that is nowhere near complete. Crashes are to be expected. If you do happen to find any, please let us know!

Mod changes:

• Removed Better Compatibility Checker due to licensing & copyright issues. I'll find an alternative later if it exists. If not, oh well!
• Updated a couple mods to use the Modrinth platform.
• Removed Emojiful.
